Brandy Melville Collection VII

January is going to be a busy month for me... but I can hardly wait. With the possibility of flying back to Santa Monica, CA with Willow, I am even more excited for the new year. If everything goes according to plan I will be in California working with Brandy Melville during the first week of January. On a plane headed Philadelphia the second week of January for an internship interview. And on a plane headed to New York City the third week of January for my 20th birthday.

What am I most excited for? NYC. Hands down. Not every girl gets to spend her 20th birthday in New York and I will finally be seeing my dad for the first time after his big move to the east coast in late October. I am so excited to spend some quality daddy/daughter time in mid-January.
In the meantime, however, enjoy these photos of me on a boat from my last trip to Santa Monica.

Aren't they just dreamy?

Brandy Melville Collection VI

While I was in Santa Monica I had the luxury to go through the Brandy Melville store and select my favorite pieces to take home with me. These tops are a few of what I selected and here's why: the fabric is so soft. My absolute favorite is the eagle tee... which you probably saw in my previous post, I love the style and the fit.
I still cannot believe that I was given the incredible experience to spend the weekend with some of Brandy Melville's best. I am living the dream and I don't ever want to wake up.

First, sorry for not posting on Monday.

Second, I had the most incredible weekend in Santa Monica with the people of Brandy Melville. It was an absolute dream.

I have never felt so inspired in my life. Friday I had a early morning flight into LAX and then was whisked away to the studio to help style a photo shoot for their website (like here, here, and here). This lasted ALL DAY and I was exhausted, but it was the best time with some of the greatest girls. It was so great to be in a room full of women who were thirty and younger doing what they love to do. Saturday I started my day relatively early to go shopping and help with product research which required me to scroll through my tumblr and show them what caught my eye. I then went through the Brandy Melville store and picked out three outfits to style for a photoshoot, which are the photos above. That night I took myself out to a nice dinner and movie for one. Sunday was an early morning in the studio and was getting my hair and makeup done for the photo shoot. Then we drove to the Marina where a boat was waiting to take us out for our photo shoot. It was such a great day... taking photos, on a boat, and having lunch? Please don't pinch me, I don't want to know if I was dreaming. Photos from Sunday's shoot is coming soon.
Stay tuned.

Today I am flying to Santa Monica to hang out with the Brandy Melville crew and I could not be more excited. I will get to see a lot of the behind the scenes of their photoshoots and get to meet a lot of amazing people. I am so incredibly lucky to have this opportunity at such a young age.

More on this trip next week.

One thing I love about Brandy Melville, is how soft all of their clothes are. Nothing beats waking up and throwing on a loose fitted, soft shirt and a pair of cutoffs. They make it easy to live a comfortable life.

Second shoot with Willow went just as great as the first... except for one thing, it was ten times hotter! We attempted to brave the heat, but couldn't go any further than these two looks. We did have fun though trekking through the Arizona wilderness. Oh wait, besides that pesky bee that circled my head for a solid seven minutes. Nature never sleeps friends, not even for a photoshoot.

This shoot was an absolute dream. I had been following Willow on instagram (@moody-mind and/or @willowgreenephotography) for quite sometime and she finally made it down to the sunny AZ! We met up and took these amazing shots featuring Brandy Melville clothing, which is extraordinarily soft. I seriously cannot wait to shoot with her again. Keep your eye out for more of these collections to come!
