Agathis is a jewelry company that just launched earlier in August. I had the pleasure of working with Sherrisa, the founder of Agathis and the creator of all of these beautiful pieces, and the wonderfully talented Kristine who took these photos and these and these. My jaw just about dropped when I saw how amazing this jewelry was. Go share the love and check it out!

Back To School II

School starts tomorrow and I have my journal in hand. I have written one poem all summer long so I'm a bit rusty, but hopefully my creative juices can easily flow through me and my imagination will run wild. My schedule is full with a Romanticism class, advanced creative writing poetry, intermediate creative writing fiction, Jane Austen, and the second level of French. Being an English major can be tough with the amount of writing I have to do and not to mention the reading, but I'm prepared and eager to learn! Wish me luck.

Think Pink

I found these pieces at American Apparel and just had to have them. I rarely ever wear light colors, so I attempted to step out of my comfort zone. You know, it's fun defying yourself sometimes or taking the road less traveled on by yourself. Instead of gravitating to the blacks and greys and browns, I went straight for the pink. I thought pink and didn't look back.
